A Brand not many people know about, Kazam, they're run by 3 Ex-HTC execs and are doing some pretty great stuff in  the smartphone world. Tonight in London saw Honor launch the next phone in its Honor lineup, The Honor Holly. The Holly is a pretty nondescript device, with a 5" 720p screen, a quad core processor (of unnamed origin, though I'm pretty sure its a Snapdragon 400) 8mp BSI camera with an F2.0 aperture and its capable of 1080p video recording, it has a 2mp front facing camera and a 2000mAh battery, dual SIMs and an unannounced price. That price is the interesting bit, the Honor Holly doesn't actually have a price, in a similar vein to how Massdrop works, the more people that pre-order and give honor a price, the lower it will go, which is incredibly interesting, we have never seen a phone be priced this way, and I salute Honor for trying, we'll see how it goes. Honor is an interesting brand, they seem to be distancing themselves as far away as possible from Huawei, but the Honor Holly does seem like an interesting mid to low range device. What is this? Could it be? YES! Hello dear friends that haven't forgotten i do YouTube videos and post here, i got an Honor 6 in for a review, the Inexpensive near flagship from Huawei that they're launching under their new "Honor" sub brand, a name people can actually pronounce without effort and will remember. From the specs this phone has it all, a 5" 1080p IPS screen, an Octa-Core SoC, 3GB of RAM, 16/32GB of storage and a MicroSD slot capable of acccepting up to 64GB of external storage, a 3100mAh battery and glass front and back, all for a measly £250~ I unbox it in this here video, but over the next few days and weeks i should have some more content and a final review up within the next two weeks. Launched in the tail end of 2013, the Sony Smartwatch 2 (SW2) is not Sony's most recent wearable, but it's the last in Sony's line of Smartwatches running their own OS. The SW2 is a relatively pretty Smartwatch with a fair few bugs that keeps it from being great. Scratchy scratch number one Utilising an aluminium frame, a "scratch resistant" glass  and a metal strap the SW2 has all the pieces of the puzzle on paper to make it a gorgeous piece of hardware, unfortunately Sony got to the last hurdle and stumbled, they used capacitive navigation buttons which mimic Android's old style ones, before Android 4.0 ICS, the power button on the side was as mushy as all heck and lastly, the scratch proof glass isn't all that scratch proof. The Aluminium frame is anodised black, and chamferred  on the top edges, and just like every device that has ever been chamferred and polished, it scratches and dings so quickly I've forgotten what mine looks like witho...

This review is incredibly late, I know this, you know this and Motorola knows this (but it's only really me that cares it's late) The Motorola Moto G was announced in November 2013 and was made available later that same month 2013, We are now in September 2014 and yesterday Motorola took the wraps off of the 2014 Moto G, whilst I will hopefully be getting one of those soon, this review is of the 2013, Non-LTE version, from someone who has been using it as their daily driver since early January. The Moto G is a really quite amazing device, launching at £140 (or thereabouts) you got a device that wasn't cringe worthy, the phrase "you get what you pay for" doesn't really apply here, you get far more for your money than you would think, I could sit here and rattle off specs from a list and bore you all, but i wont, I'll go over the most important specs of the phone and how my experiences with them were. Another 6 months passes and another Sony flagship is released this time its the Xperia Z3 (the 4th Xperia Z phone, following the Z,Z1,Z2) it's compact sibling the Z3 Compact, which unlike other minis does a smaller phone properly, and last but not least Sony doing what Sony does best, a great product with a terrible name, the Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, yup, that's the official name folks.
