Likes : Simple to use , 90 day free trial , Multi-platform Gripes : UI is plain , after free trial obviously you have to pay WhatsApp is a multi-platform messaging application , but its a special messaging app though , it's sort of an alternative to BBM , kinda. See i said it was a multi-platform and i wasn't lying , its truly multi-platform it runs on blackberry (obviously), but also iOS , Android (BETA) and Symbian (BETA), so the WhatsApp messaging app is advancing on the world , its best used on a WiFi network or an unlimited data plan because it uses the net, also unlike BBM you do not need to memorise PIN's or login details because it uses your phone number,  also a neat little trick is that when you login for the first time it goes through your contact list and finds out which contacts also have WhatsApp , then populates your WhatsApp phone book with those people another thing like BBM it doesnt waste your credit if you need to chat and you both have it , Brillia...

Likes : Fast , Simple , Push notifications Gripe s : Battery drain , slow to update time line , crashes Twitter for blackberry is the official twitter application for the blackberry operating system, it's a sleek and fast app  , its quite speedy and that is shown when scrolling through your time line most of the time it shows little to no lag , but when its trying to update your time line sometimes it occasionally freezes or takes its time to load and that can be annoying when in a hurry , some times it can take between 10-20 seconds and like i said when your about to go on train or into class , you don't want to be waiting for it to update itself because it can feel like a lifetime. also the fact that this is the official application means that  it didn't cut out the other day when twitter updated their settings , so applications like HTC's Peep , Über-twitter and seesmic did which is much appreciated , application transi...
