Just a quick catch up and roundup of the Sony Ericsson stand at Mobile World Congress last week. Sony Ericsson Xperia Play Merging the world of gaming and mobile communications, the Xperia Play raises the bar for gaming in the mobile market. The Xperia Play features a slide out gaming controller for the on-screen games, with touch sensitive controls and PSP style gaming buttons and layout. not very much was introduced by LG at MWC this year , they only really gave us a more in depth look at the products they showed us at CES in Las Vegas so lets have a look again : LG Optimus Pad (T-mobile G-slate) the LG Optimus Pad is LG's Honeycomb packing Tegra II Wielding tablet , but with a twist, it uses 2 5MP AF cameras to shoot 3D video, pretty cool not going to lie im intrigued on how well 3D will work on a tablet but anyway , it has an 8.9inch capacitive multi-touch scr een with a resolution of 1280x 768 (not too shabby) , 15:9 aspect ratio, Oh and did i mention it can decode 1080p HD video , thanks Tegra II like i said its a honeycomb tablet, so that means its freakin' sweet, and best of all, like all honeycomb tablets so far, its stock android, which i quite like, honeycomb looks sweet and carrier skins will ruin it in my opinion,but that's for another post.
