Thats right folks, orange UK had the pleasure of launching the ZTE Blade under the branding the orange san francisco, but at CES we were shown the successor to the ZTE Blade, the ZTE Skate, and a few hours ago we were treated to the "coming soon" page for the  Orange Monte Carlo  , this is the skate,and boy it is a beauty. the spec sheet for the skate is as follows : Screen : 4.3inch WVGA (800x480) capacitive touchscreen Camera : 5 Megapixel OS : Android 2.3 (gingerbread) Network type : HSDPA "3G+" CPU : 800Mhz it also has HD Voice on orange and what orange calls signal Boost (UMA) all in all guys this is a very nice device, i have the orange san francisco which is sadly broken and un repairable, and i was looking for a new android device , and this looks like it could be the one for me i mean its faster than the san francisco, it has a bigger screen (3.5 inches was a bit small) and a better camera (5MP compared to 3MP) and when this comes out i reckon i ...

*UPDATE* Hey guy i have just been informed that Vodafone UK has snapped up the EVO 3D, no pricing has been made official as f yet, but its listed as coming soon on the vodafone website,  head over there to check it out yes guys you heard it right, the HTC Sensation's big, better, stronger (but a teensy bit fatter and heavier) brother is coming to the UK, one of the first 3D smartphones to hit the uk or the world , i can only think of one other smartphone which has been released which is the LG Optimus 3D. The differentiating factor between this and the sensation is it feels like a Sensation on steroids, you get the same 4.3inch qHD (960x540) screen with 16:9 aspect ratio , you still get android 2.3.3 with sense 3.0 ,you still get a 1.2Ghz Qualcomm dual-core snapdragon, but the 768mb of RAM in the sensation is bumped up to a full gigabyte here , that means everything is faster, swiping,tracing,camera every part of the UI is faster because of that more RAM, also you get Dual 5 m...

it seems to me that orange UK seems to think that the Samsung galaxy mini is a sony ericsson device, because in the product picture the device seems to be sporting sony ericsson's Timescape UX instead of samsung's touchwiz, see below for yourself. so the UX shown here is the UX that was debut'd on the new sony ericsson Xperia X10 mini and mini pro earlier this year, and the samsung galaxy mini obviously isnt an xperia mini so why does Orange UK think it is ? -Dom

As most of you guys know, i'm a massive phone nerd, i love phones and always have, so when i first heard about nokia developing its own phone OS with intel i got really excited, and when we got leaks of what the device might look like back in august of '10 i got even more excited, an aluminium unibody construction, a slider/pop tilt screen a 4 inch WVGA (800x480) or a  4 inch qHD (960x540) screen, a full QWERTY keyboard, a gigabyte of RAM and a 1Ghz processor ,sadly some of those dreams were dashed today when the real Nokia N9 was announced, and boy what  a beast it is. the specs of this phone are making nokia fans jump with joy as the finnish company releases a phone that is competitive in this day and age a phone with a 3.9 inch AMOLED with an FWVGA resolution (854x480) which is a bit higher than normal WVGA (800x480) covered with a fine sheet of convexed gorilla glass which is also covered with an anti-glare and anti-smudge coating for that constant pristine look also th...
